DULUTH PLUNGE
The Polar Plunge is back in Duluth for the 22nd year in a row!
TIMESLOTS
Plunge timeslots open approximately three days before the in-person Plunge date. Any teams/individual participants not signed up by noon on the Friday before the Plunge will be automatically assigned a timeslot.

Shuttles will run from 11 AM through the end of the Plunge from the following locations to the Plunge site and back. Food and drink available at The Garden from 11 AM-4 PM.Special Thanks
